All payments are processed immediately, and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction. However, Ranier won't receive notice of the transaction until the following business day. The minimum convenience fee is $1.95. Otherwise, a convenience fee of 2.50% will be charged for credit cards and digital wallet payments, 1.75% fee for all debit payments and $1.95 for E-Check payments.
