This service allows you to pay your City of Marion, South Dakota payments electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All Payments are processed immediately, and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction.

A convenience fee of 2.95% for all credit, debit and digital wallets, $1.95 e-check and a $1.95 minimum will be charged for all transactions outside of Utility payments.

A convenience fee of 2.50% for all credit and digital wallets, 1.75% for all debit and an e-check fee and minimum fee of $1.95 will be charged for all utility transactions.
