This service, provided by Value Payment Systems, allows you to pay your Indiana Department of Transportation Local Public Agency (LPA), Miscellaneous (MSC), or Refund of Expenditure (ROE) payments online. Each payment is processed immediately and the date is equal to the time you completed the transaction.

Note: Making a payment below the invoice amount does not release the debtor from the total liability. Payments must be made in US dollars.
