This service allows you to pay your Cook County payments electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems. The payment date will be equal to the business day following the date you complete your transaction.

eCheck Payments: Refused payments for account problems, incorrect account information or insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee by the county. Please confirm with your bank that your account information is correct before trying to make an e-check payment. An e-check rejection for property taxes may also cause you additional late penalties.

You will receive a message on your receipt stating, “Your Transaction Has Been Successfully Completed”.

Note : E-Checks May Take up to Two Days for Final Confirmation. There is a possibility that the transaction may be rejected during the verification process. If this occurs, you will be notified, if you have provided an email address.
