The Joe Otte Memorial Fund

This application allows you to make a donation to the Joe Otte Memorial Fund. The purpose of the fund is to provide financial support for educational events and activities designed to raise awareness about the causes and risks associated with addiction. The fund also provides various supports and services to individuals recovering from substance abuse disorders including such programs as the New Philadelphia Municipal Recovery Court developed and governed by Judge Nanette VonAllman. The fund is administered by the ADAMHS Board.
