This service allows you to pay your City of Sabinal Utility or Municipal Court payments electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All Payments are processed immediately, and the payment date will be equal to the business day following the date you complete your transaction.

Disclaimer: The Utilities amount due is reflected on your bill. If you do not know the amount due, contact the Utilities Clerk at (830) 988-2218.

Municipal Court fine or fee amount due: Contact the Court Clerk at (830) 988-2360 for an accurate amount due. Have your ticket and license number available. Payments will be reflected within 48 hours of submission.

Convenience Fee: When using a Credit and Debit Card, a convenience fee of 2.95% of the payment amount (minimum fee of $1.95) is charged by Value Payment Systems, LLC for using this service.
