This service allows you to pay your City of Lowry Utility payments electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems. All payments are processed immediately and the payment date is equal to the time you completed the transaction. A convenience fee of $2.95 will be charged for all payments processed using a credit card. debit card, digital wallets and e-checks. The max payment amount for a transaction is $300. You will need to process another payment if you would like to pay a higher balance.
